Dear Educators, Researchers, and Academics,

We are delighted to invite you to the 20th International Congress on Educational Administration (ICEA2027), which will be held under the main theme of “School Safety and Management.”

Creating safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments is one of the primary responsibilities of contemporary education systems. School safety is a multidimensional concept that extends beyond protecting students and educational staff from physical threats to encompass psychological, social, emotional, and digital safety. Increasingly diverse risks, including school violence, peer bullying, cyberbullying, discrimination, disasters, crises, and societal uncertainties, highlight the need to address school safety through a comprehensive and sustainable management approach.

In this context, school safety involves not only technical and managerial practices aimed at preventing risks but also trust-based relationships, a positive school climate, participatory decision-making processes, inclusive policies, and ethical leadership practices. Establishing and maintaining a safe school environment is closely associated with school leaders’ leadership approaches, teachers’ professional practices, student participation, family support, and collaboration between schools and their surrounding communities.
