The International Congress of Educational Administration (ICEA2025) only accepts papers that have passed the peer review process to maintain high scientific standards. This process involves a double-blind review to assess the scientific content, methodology, and originality of each paper. Each submission is evaluated by two expert reviewers, and acceptance is determined based on their evaluations. Papers may be directed to one of three outcomes: acceptance, re-evaluation with requested revisions, or rejection. We extend our sincere thanks to all authors, reviewers, and participants for their contributions to this transparent, rigorous scientific evaluation process.

ICEA2025 will be held in Turkish and English. Papers in both Turkish and English are accepted.

Papers submitted before the submission deadline will be reviewed within a maximum of 3 weeks. Acceptance letters for approved submissions will be sent promptly.

Author Guidelines for Submission

Title (Başlık)

  • Turkish Title: Only capitalize the first letter of the first word and proper nouns. Use Garamond font, size 14.
  • English Title: Only capitalize the first letter of the first word and proper nouns. Use Garamond font, size 14.

Authors (Yazarlar)

  • List the full names of all authors.
  • Include the Corresponding Author’s and other authors’s title, institution, email, and ORCID after the abstract section as a footnote.

Abstract (Öz)

  • Length: 50-150 words.
  • Font: Garamond, 10-point size, single line spacing.
  • Content: Briefly summarize the study’s rationale, purpose, methodology, main findings, and key conclusions.
  • Formatting:
    • No paragraphs in the abstract.
    • Avoid figures, graphics, pictures, or tables.
    • Do not exceed two pages with the references.
    • Page margins must not be modified.
    • No subheadings are required, but if used, include a maximum of 3 subheadings; second-level subheadings or more are not allowed.

Keywords (Anahtar Kelimeler)

  • Number: 3 to 5 keywords.
  • Formatting:
    • Separate keywords with commas.
    • Capitalize only the first letter of the first keyword and proper nouns.
    • Place a period at the end of the last keyword.
    • Font: Garamond, 10-point size.
  • If the article is in English, place the English abstract and keywords at the top, and the Turkish abstract and keywords at the bottom.

References (Kaynakça)

  • Style: Use APA 7 citation style.
  • Format each reference according to APA 7 guidelines, including author names, publication year, title, and other relevant information.
  • Example formatting:
