Dear Educators, Researchers, and Academicians,
We are pleased to invite you to the 19th International Congress on Educational Administration (ICEA2026), to be held under the main theme “Education and School Administration in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.”
The theme “Education and School Administration in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” addresses the profound transformations brought about by artificial intelligence and digital technologies in educational systems, institutions, and leadership practices. Artificial intelligence is increasingly reshaping teaching and learning processes, assessment systems, administrative decision-making, and organizational governance in education. These developments challenge traditional roles, competencies, and structures within educational administration while simultaneously offering new opportunities for efficiency, personalization, and evidence-based leadership.
Within this context, the congress theme aims to critically examine the effects of artificial intelligence on school administration, leadership practices, policy development, and graduate programs in educational administration. The congress provides a platform for discussions on emerging leadership competencies, ethical and legal dimensions, data-driven decision-making, algorithmic accountability, and the implications of AI-supported systems for equity, inclusion, and social justice in education.
By focusing on the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and educational leadership, ICEA2026 seeks to foster scholarly dialogue on how educational administrators can navigate technological change while maintaining human-centered, democratic, and ethically responsible approaches to school and system leadership.
