Participants may complete their accommodation bookings by submitting the reservation form to EYEDDER in accordance with the details provided below.

Child accommodation (provided they stay in the same room with 2 adults):
1.Child aged 0-12 will be free of charge.
2.A second child aged 0-12 will be charged 50%.
Ultra All Inclusive Concept
The hotel operates under the Ultra All-Inclusive concept as determined by hotel management. Details of the concept are provided to guests in writing upon arrival. The Ultra All-Inclusive service begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as open buffets. Hot and cold beverages are included 24 hours a day within the scope of the defined concept and menu.
Audience and Daily External Participation Fee
Only registered audience members are eligible to receive a certificate of participation. * Early Registration (Until April 3, 2026): 750 TL, Late Registration (Until April 27, 2026):1500TL.
Participants who do not make accommodation reservations will be charged a daily hotel service fee per person. External participants can check into the facility between 09:00 and 18:00.
The daily external participation fee includes the meeting package (coffee breaks and lunch). If it is determined during hotel registration that the guest has stayed at the hotel beyond the 2-meal time limit, an additional daily fee will be added according to the hotel policy. External participants are responsible for covering this additional cost.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation between İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport and the Kuşadası Congress Center will be provided free of charge with two daily shuttle services, organized by Aydın Adnan Menderes University, the host of the International Congress on Educational Administration.

EYEDDER (EARDA) is a non-profit association that does not pursue profit-sharing objectives.
Pursuant to Articles 2 and 30 of the Turkish Law on Associations No. 5253, associations do not engage in commercial activities for profit. Therefore, issuing invoices in the name of the association is not legally permitted.
The public-benefit status of the association (Article 27) does not in itself confer invoicing authority.

ICEACongress2026 kapsamındaki konaklama hizmetleri, EYEDDER tarafından Aydın Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi iş birliğiyle koordine edilmektedir.
Katılımcılar, aşağıda belirtilen detaylar doğrultusunda rezervasyon formunu doldurarak konaklama işlemlerini EYEDDER aracılığıyla gerçekleştirebilirler.

Ultra Her Şey Dahil hizmeti, giriş günü öğle yemeği ile başlar ve çıkış günü kahvaltı ile sona erer.
Kahvaltı, öğle ve akşam yemekleri açık büfe olarak sunulmaktadır.
Belirlenen konsept ve menü kapsamında sıcak ve soğuk içecekler 24 saat boyunca dahildir.
Dinleyici ve Günlük Dış Katılım
Sadece kayıtlı dinleyiciler katılım sertifikası almaya hak kazanır. ** Erken Kayıt (3 Nisan 2026’ya kadar): 750 TL, Geç Kayıt (27 Nisan 2026’ya kadar):1500TL.
Konaklama rezervasyonu yapmayan katılımcılardan kişi başı günlük otel hizmet bedeli alınacaktır. Dış katılımcılar tesise 09:00 ile 18:00 saatleri arasında giriş yapabilirler.Günlük dış katılım ücreti, toplantı paketini (kahve molaları ve öğle yemeği) içerir. Otel kayıtlarında konuğun 2 öğünlük zaman sınırını aşarak otelde kaldığı tespit edilirse, otel politikasına göre ek bir günlük ücret eklenecektir. Dış katılımcıların bu ek maliyeti karşılaması gerekmektedir.
